Our Initiatives
Me, Myself & Why
Through workshops, activities, and peer community, this initiative supports students in grades 4–7 transition successfully from elementary to middle school. This is a pivotal time when self-esteem and social-emotional development are most vulnerable.
Links of Hope
This initiative provides caregivers with resources, education, and support to maintain their own personal holistic health because we believe that healthy caregivers lead to longevity and healthier families.
HOPE Program
This initiative targets single working low-income parents, offering education, training, and resources to help level the playing field by assisting to improve their economic stability and emotional well-being.
