Me, Myself and Why
Youth Empowerment for Transitional Grades (4th–8th Grade)
Program Focus
Me, Myself & Why is a youth empowerment and social-emotional development initiative serving students in 4th through 8th grade, designed to strengthen identity, confidence, decision-making, and emotional wellness, especially during the critical transition into adolescence and middle school culture.
The program addresses a vital reality: youth are navigating academic pressure, peer influence, emotional dysregulation, and identity formation at younger ages than ever before. H4H built this initiative to ensure students gain the internal tools to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

THE H.O.P.E. PROGRAM
Helping Other People Persevere Effectively
Program Focus
The H.O.P.E. Program supports single parents and low-income parents who are fighting to maintain stability despite serious barriers. The program was created for parents who work hard but are often one emergency away from crisis. Many participants are managing the ripple effects of trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, individuals with past criminal history, and parents carrying emotional and mental strain that impacts their ability to function at full capacity.
In addition to serving working parents, the H.O.P.E. Program has expanded to include parents enrolled in intensive educational and career-track programs such as:
-
Nursing programs
-
Law school
-
Other high-demand training pipelines
